NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Essex Zoning Commission will hold the following public hearings on Monday, June 16, 2008 at the Essex Town Hall, Auditorium, 29 West Avenue, Essex, CT, at 7:00 p.m. to hear the following applications:


Application 08-03 submitted by Essex Zoning Commission, 29 West Avenue, Essex, CT 06426 for a comprehensive update to the Section 103 Flood Plain regulations.

Application 08-04 submitted by Delta Building Corp c/o Terrance Lomme, Esquire 80-1 Plains Road, Essex, CT 06426 for property located at 147 Westbrook Road, Essex and is identified as Assessor's Tax Map 70 Lot 13. The special exception application is for medical office use over 1,800 square feet in the commercial zone.

Application 08-05 submitted by Essex Economic Development Commission, 29 West Avenue, Essex, CT 06426 for a regulation change to Section 70 to create an overlay zone in the Essex Village zone, (Section 70-1)
