SPECIAL MEETING - SITE VISIT

The Ivoryton Center Subcommittee of the Essex Planning Commission will conduct a site visit to walk Ivoryton Center (Main Street, North Main Street, and Summit. The purpose of the visit is to view the structures and roadways in and around the commercial district.

Commission members will meet on Main Street in front of the Ivoryton Playhouse.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Essex Planning Commission will hold the following public hearing on Thursday, May 10, 2007 in the Essex Town Hall, Auditorium, 29 West Avenue, Essex, CT, at 7:30 p.m. to hear the following applications:

Application P2-07 by Landmark Interests LLC, 4 Stratford Road, West Hartford, CT 06117 for property located at 65-81 Bokum Road, Essex, CT and is identified as Assessors Map 76 Lot 14. The application is for a subdivision of 59 acres into three (3) lots.

Copies of the above application are on file in the Office of the Town Clerk and the Zoning Office and are available for public review.
